Marlow Trucking Company, Inc. employs dependable, experienced drivers and then builds relationships with them, giving them pride and a sense of ownership in our company. We NEVER use owner-operated trucks because this prohibits us quality control of our drivers and vehicles. Our tractors undergo regular inspection and preventative maintenance. We employ our own on-site mechanics. We place a high priority on Safety in the workplace, both with our equipment and our employees. 

We are currently hiring both dry van and non-hazmat tank drivers, as well as welcoming owner-operators to join our growing team!

Below you will find a few of our bonus programs we have available to our drivers.


DONE-RIGHT DRIVER BONUS: In an effort to recognize our drivers who get the job “done right,” we have a bonus program in place. Every full time driver who works the entire 6 month period is eligible for the bonus. This bonus increases semi-annually.

ROAD-SIDE INSPECTION BONUS: We appreciate our drivers who perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and keep their tractor and trailers in good working order. A driver who keeps his RODs and dispatch papers in good order is a valuable asset to our company. Therefore, we reward all clean roadside inspections. We compensate based on the level of inspection.

ANNUAL SENIORITY BONUS: In the past 18 months, Marlow Trucking Company has been making a renewed effort to show appreciation for our drivers who take their job responsibilities seriously, who get the job done right the first time, and who stick with us through thick and thin. We want you all to know how much we appreciate you! To that end, we have put into place an annual bonus program for drivers. When a full-time driver who has missed no more than 15 days work in the past year, not counting vacation days, reaches their hire date anniversary will receive a $1000 bonus check each year.
